Screen Printing:
|
|
|
|
When an image
required to decorate a part is too
large for our pad printers, we have
the option of using one of our many
screen printers. We have screen
printers capable of printing both
flat and round articles.
Screen printing is a
wet process used to decorate both
flat and round surfaces. Our screen
printing services can be used to
decorate plastic, glass, metal,
wooden, or ceramic parts. Images
created by screen printing are
extremely opaque. |

Digital Printing:
|
|
|
|
Stickers are
digitally printed in full colour and
then automatically cut to any shape
by computerized vinyl cutters and
printers. The stickers are coated
with polyurethane to give a three –
dimensional appearance. Dome
stickers can be applied to many
surfaces or heat pressed onto
fabrics. |

Doming:
|
|
|
|
Doming is a finishing process that
applies a clear liquid polyurethane
in a metered dose to the top surface
of a decal, label or nameplate.
Virtually any shape with full colour
or black and white printing can be
domed. We can print and dome
directly from your artwork or do the
design for you.
The final product has a high class
enhanced appearance that is scratch
and moisture resistant.
Typical uses for
domed decals include labels, product
identification stickers, medal
inserts, trophy insets and name
badges. |

Embroidery is a high-speed sewing
process by which decorative
needlework is sewn directly onto a
garment. This process is
increasingly popular because of its
professional appearance and
virtually indestructible durability.
Our embroidery
department can sew up to 9 colors
per item and currently has 7 heads
of embroidery capacity with multiple
shifts when necessary for larger
runs. |

Foiling:
|
|
|
|
Foil stamping uses
heat and metallic film in a
specialty printing process that
produces a shiny design. Foiling is
generally used on diaries for both
logo’s and personalized names. There
will always be a charge for the
foiling block required for the
initial order and a set – up cost
for each order thereafter. |
